Care Home Manager
Location: Bedfordshire
Role: Full-Time, Permanent

About the Role
The Healthcare Hub are delighted to be recruiting for an experienced Home Manager to lead a well-established care home. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and motivated leader to take responsibility for the overall management of the service, ensuring residents receive outstanding care in a safe, supportive, and person-centred environment.
Key Responsibilities
As Home Manager, you will:
* Provide strong and visible leadership to staff, residents, and families.
* Oversee the effective day-to-day running of the home.
* Ensure the home is fully compliant with CQC and regulatory standards.
* Manage budgets, resources, and staffing efficiently.
* Support, mentor, and develop the team to achieve their full potential.
* Maintain high standards of care and clinical governance.
* Build strong relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders.
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
* Experienced as a Home Manager (or Deputy Manager ready to step up).
* Knowledgeable in CQC regulations and quality standards.
* Qualified to NVQ Level 5 in Leadership & Management (or equivalent).
* A strong leader with excellent communication and people skills.
* Passionate about providing outstanding care and driving continuous improvement.
* NMC Pin would be preferred but not desirable
