Job Title: Full Time Front Door Officer
We are currently seeking to recruit a Full Time, Front Door Officer in the Front Door Service.
Working days: Mon-Fri.
Role Overview
The Front Door Officer plays a key role within our service. Working in a team led by a Team Manager and supported by Senior Practitioners and Experienced Social Workers, this role involves gathering, recording, and analyzing information from various sources to aid decision-making, ensuring children and their families receive support at the most appropriate level.
Responsibilities
1. Receiving and responding to information and inquiries from the public, district teams, and partner agencies.
2. Maintaining professionalism and efficiency in responses.
3. Utilizing excellent communication and IT skills.
4. Managing and responding to challenging situations appropriately.
Qualifications
Applicants should be educated to GCSE level or equivalent. This role is ideal for those wishing to expand their experience and knowledge of children's safeguarding services.
