The role: You will handle a varied caseload of employment matters, including: Advisory work for employers and employees Unfair dismissal and discrimination claims TUPE and redundancy matters Settlement agreements Employment Tribunal work (as appropriate to experience) The role offers a good balance of contentious and non-contentious work, with autonomy over files and support where needed.
