THE EMPLOYER IS: ACE PROPERTIES General admin provides day to day basic admin and clerical support to ensure smooth and efficient office operations. Role includes handling documentation, handling phone calls, emails and correspondence professionally, managing calendars, supporting HR and management with administrative tasks when required.
Responsibilities
* Assisting with general office duties such as filing, scanning, photocopying.
* Answering phone calls and responding to emails in a professional manner.
* Assist with organising office supplies and inventory.
* Provide general support to team members as required.
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
* Willingness to lean and take direction.
* Good communication skills.
* Basic computer skills (MS Word, Outlook, Excel).
* Ability to work as part of a team.
* Good time management.
