Project Manager - Flooring (Commercial Projects) We are currently recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to join a well-established and growing specialist contractor within the flooring sector. This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of multiple projects across commercial environments, working with a range of high-profile clients and delivering quality flooring solutions from pre-start through to completion. Key Responsibilities Manage multiple flooring projects (carpet, vinyl, LVT, screed, resin, timber, etc.) from inception to handover Oversee site teams, subcontractors, and installers to ensure works are delivered safely and efficiently Liaise directly with clients, main contractors, and stakeholders Plan and coordinate programmes, labour, and material deliveries Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards Carry out regular site visits and progress meetings Manage project documentation including RAMS, programmes, and reports Monitor costs, variations, and commercial performance alongside the commercial teamRequirements Proven experience as a Project Manager within the flooring sector or wider fit-out/interiors environment Strong knowledge of flooring types, installation processes, and sequencing Experience managing multiple fast-paced projects simultaneously SMSTS (or SSSTS as a minimum) CSCS Card Strong client-facing and communication skills Good commercial awareness and ability to manage variations Full UK driving licenceDesirable Experience working on commercial fit-out, retail, healthcare or education projects Knowledge of subfloor preparation and screeding First Aid qualificationWhat's on Offer Competitive salary car allowance / company vehicle Bonus scheme Opportunity to join a reputable and growing business Varied project portfolio across multiple sectors Supportive team and long-term career progression Applications If you feel that you have the relevant experience to be successful in this position and would like to find out more, please apply online today, attaching a copy of your current CV.
