Senior Validation Engineer
Location: Cirencester | Permanent, Full-time
We are looking for an experienced Senior Validation Engineer to join our Validation and Sterility Assurance Team at Corin. You will be responsible for maintaining the validated state of equipment and processes, supporting regulatory compliance, and leading validation activities across the business.
What you’ll do
* Maintain the validated state of critical medical device manufacturing processes to ensure product quality and patient safety.
* Lead and deliver equipment and process validation projects in line with international regulatory standards.
* Write, review and approve IQ, OQ, PQ and Process Validation documentation.
* Maintain and improve the Validation Master Plan and present validation data at quality reviews.
* Supervise, coach and mentor a small team of Validation Engineers.
* Act as Subject Matter Expert for audits and advise Manufacturing, Engineering and R&D on validation requirements.
* Author SOPs, manage validation CAPAs, assess change control impacts, and deliver training.
About You
* Degree in a scientific discipline.
* 6+ years’ validation experience in the Medical Device or Pharmaceutical industry.
* Strong analytical skills
* Strong knowledge of GMP, Quality Systems and change control.
* Excellent communication, influencing and problem-solving skills.
* Experience of managing projects
