Do you have experience supervising a team in a retail or hospitality setting, ensuring excellent customer service and smooth daily operations? Are you passionate about creating a positive experience for patients, visitors, and staff?
We’re looking for a Retail Café Supervisor to help deliver an exceptional retail experience across our hospital cafés and shops. If you’re passionate about customer service, team leadership, and creating a welcoming environment, this could be the perfect role for you.
The shift pattern is 5 days in 7, and you will work one weekend day every other week.
The hours are:
1. Monday - Friday - 12:00 - 20.00
2. Saturday or Sunday - 8:30 - 16:30
Your role will include, but is not limited to:
3. Supervise retail café teams to deliver outstanding customer service.
4. Manage daily operations including staff rotas, cash handling, and stock control.
5. Support recruitment, training, and development of team members.
6. Prepare food items and maintain high standards of hygiene and safety.
7. Drive sales through upselling and innovative merchandising.
8. Ensure compliance with Trust policies and food safety regulations
