My client is a UK Top 100 firm consistently ranked in Legal 500 and Chambers. They are seeking a Construction Solicitor to advise on a broad mix of non-contentious and contentious matters.
The role involves drafting and negotiating amendments to standard‑form contracts such as JCT, NEC, and FIDIC for high‑profile developments, including sustainable buildings and major infrastructure projects. You will also advise on consultant appointments, collateral warranties, and innovations, while collaborating on complex disputes.
