Robert Dyas, a leading retailer of Garden & Outdoor, DIY, Electricals, and Homeware, is searching for exceptional Senior Buyers to join our future-focused team.
This is your chance to:

* Lead and collaborate: Provide line management for a team of Buyers, Assistant Buyers, and Admins, while working closely with Merchandising to optimise stock levels.
We're looking for someone who:
* Is a highly organised and experienced Senior Buyer with a proven track record of translating market trends into sales success.
* Possesses strong analytical skills and experience with budgeting and reporting.
* Has a deep understanding of multi-channel retail and a history of delivering growth in this environment.
* Understands the product lifecycle in a seasonal business.
* Has at least 3 years of experience in Buying/Product Selection at a senior level.
* Excels at negotiation, consistently exceeding targets for margins, profit, and growth.
