Prospero Teaching are on the lookout for compassionate and enthusiastic individuals to join our client primary school in Hove, supporting pupils with special educational needs and behavioral challenges.

A Day in the Life of a SEN Behaviour Support Buddy
* You'll work alongside caring teachers and tutors, supporting students as they navigate their learning day.
* You'll play a key role in helping young people build their confidence, learn social skills, and use positive behaviour strategies.
* Whether it's working one-on-one or in a small group, you'll be part of those moments that make all the difference.
What We're Looking For
* A kind heart, a patient mindset, and a collaborative attitude.
* GCSE Maths & English (grade C or level 4) are essential.
* Previous experience is a bonus, but if you're new and passionate, we'll help you find your feet.
* A resilient and proactive approach to supporting students with diverse needs.
The Details
* Hours: 08:30 - 15:30pm
* Term-time only (39 weeks per year).
* Hourly rate starting at 13.96.
* Location: Hove
* Contract: Ongoing
What You'll Need to Join
* The right to work in the UK.
* Enhanced child barred list DBS certificate (or willingness to apply for one).
* Two professional references from education or childcare.
