The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical and preferably electrical background, with the ability to maintain and repair various systems and equipment. The Maintenance Engineer will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and equipment.
Responsibilities
* Maintain and repair mechanical and electrical systems to ensure optimal performance.
* Troubleshoot issues with machinery and equipment.
* Conduct regular inspections of equipment to identify potential problems before they escalate.
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure maintenance schedules align with operational needs.
* Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs performed and parts used.
* Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to maintenance requests from staff and management.
Requirements
* Strong mechanical knowledge, experience in electrical systems would be a benefit.
* Excellent command of English, both written and verbal, for effective communication with team members and stakeholders.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, showcasing strong customer service skills.
* Familiarity with welding techniques is advantageous but not mandatory.
* A logical approach to problem-solving with the ability to think critically under pressure.
