You will manage a team of AfEO and Landlord Liaison Officers, providing leadership, guidance, and support to ensure consistent, customer-centred service delivery. You will also work closely with colleagues across the service to match households to suitable accommodation, promote tenancy sustainment, and shape future service delivery through performance monitoring and policy development.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will need a strong understanding of private rented sector challenges, experience in housing options or homelessness services, and excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
