Key Responsibilities:
Pre-Submission Process
Managing Advisers’ Diary
Arranging Review Meetings with Prospect & Current Clients
Producing Annual Client Reports for Meetings
Running Adviser's back-office system (Intelligent Office)
Main point of contact for clients, both face to face and virtually on behalf of self-employed adviser
Sending Letters of Authorities for Clients to the relevant providers and collating required information on plans and policies
Ensuring smooth running of the office on behalf of the adviser (for example: stationary checks, managing incoming and outgoing post etc)
