A supportive mainstream nursery in Hertfordshire (EN11) is looking for a dedicated 1:1 Nursery Support Assistant to work closely with a child requiring additional support, helping them to access learning and daily routines.
Your Responsibilities:
* Provide dedicated 1:1 support for a nursery-aged child
* Support communication, social skills and emotional development
* Implement tailored learning and care plans
* Work closely with the class team and SENCO
* Encourage independence through structured support
Essential Job Requirements:
* Level 2 or above Early Years qualification
* Experience working in early years or SEN support
* Previous 1:1 or intervention experience desirable
* Calm, patient and consistent approach

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
