We are seeking a dedicated Early Years professional to mentor and guide apprentices through their Level 2 to Level 5 qualifications across the Bristol region.

Role Responsibilities
Manage a dedicated group of approximately 45 learners by providing consistent support through both remote sessions and site visits.
Deliver a comprehensive suite of accredited Early Years qualifications to help students meet their educational milestones.
Develop tailored learning plans that cater to individual student needs and foster long-term professional growth.
Utilise digital portfolio platforms to monitor progress and maintain accurate records of the learner journey.
Organise your own professional diary to balance travel requirements with administrative duties and remote teaching.
Serve as the primary mentor for students, ensuring they receive the guidance necessary to thrive in their workplace settings.
Essential Requirements
Hold a minimum of a Level 3 qualification in Early Years or a related childcare discipline.
Hold a recognised Assessors qualification (A1, TAQA, CAVA etc)
Demonstrate extensive practical experience and vocational competence within a nursery or early years environment.
Possess strong digital literacy skills, particularly with the Microsoft Office suite and electronic portfolios.
Display exceptional communication abilities to effectively engage with both learners and their employers.
Maintain a valid UK driving licence and have the flexibility to travel across a 45-mile radius for face-to-face assessments.
Willingness to undergo a comprehensive enhanced DBS check and provide proof of right to work in the UK.
