About You
What you’ll be doing – as a Care Assistant, you’ll provide person-centred care with kindness and respect, making a real difference to the lives of our residents. Duties may include:
* Assisting with washing, bathing, dressing and personal care, while always promoting independence and dignity.
* Supporting residents at mealtimes, making sure dietary needs are met and recorded.
* Following individual care plans, respecting personal choices, and keeping clear documentation.
* Joining in and encouraging residents during activities, creating moments of joy and connection.
