Job Title Manufacturing Assembly III The Manufacturing Assembler III performs a variety or repetitive and non-repetitive assembly operations in the catheter production of medical devices. Work is performed following established standards using diagrams, drawings or other assembly procedures. Your role: Operating within standard operating procedures (SOPs) and assembly drawings Cleaning and maintaining work area Properly turning off and locking out equipment when not in use Measuring and recording process parameters and report results to supervision Adhering to production schedules and reports material shortages Accurately documenting all required entries in the Lot History Record Complying with G.M.Ps with regard to material labeling, SOPs and proper segregation of material in the production process Demonstrating an understanding of the SPNC Quality System Ensuring all training requirements are in a current status You're the right fit if: You've acquired 2 years of experience in cleanroom production assembly environment Your skills include ability to routinely use a microscope; good hand to hand and hand to eye coordination; ability to stand for extended periods of time You have a high school diploma or equivalent You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Production/Assembler position.
