We are currently recruiting for an experienced Finishing Manager to join a busy main contractor to work on a hospital extension in Kingston. The company is in the process of slowly expanding and are looking at increasing their operational team as they are winning a lot of new work at present.
The project is worth £18-20m and is an extension to an existing hospital. You will be looking after the finishes of all of the internal finishes that are being carried out by subcontractors and ensuring they are completed to the standards set out by the client whilst working to RAMS to ensure safe working practices.
You will need to have experience of working as a Finishing Manager for a main contractor and ideally have experience of working in a hospital environment and dealing with the challenges that this entails.
Requirements:
* CSCS Card
* Experience of working as a Finishing Manager
* Stable work history
* Healthcare project experience would be advantageous
* Checkable references
