Position

Directorate: Children and Family Services
Section: Children’s Social Care
Location: Civic Centre
Grade: Level 6
Salary: £28,598 - £31,022 per annum
Hours: 37 hours per week

This advert is open to both Internal and External applicants.

Join our team as a full‑time Team Co‑ordinator within Children’s and Family Services, Service Support Team. We’re looking for an organised, proactive and enthusiastic individual with a passion for supporting teams and making a difference.

Key Responsibilities

* Answering specific and general enquiries and taking referrals from members of the public, departments across the council and outside agencies.
* Provide an effective and efficient service.
* Provide excellent customer service across Children’s Social Care.


About You

* Have strong administrative and IT skills.
* A collaborative and team‑focused approach with a can‑do attitude.
* A proactive mindset and attention to detail.
* Experience in minute taking or transferable skills that demonstrate your ability to capture and organise information effectively.
