About the Position
The Regional Sales Manager will join with full support from leadership and will play a critical role in driving growth in the public sector (local government) covering the South of the UK. This opportunity is ideal for a sales professional with a proven track record of success who is ready to make an impact in the cloud and cybersecurity market. The ideal candidate is highly skilled in aligning business solutions to complex security challenges and is motivated by winning competitive market share.
Key Responsibilities
* Prospect and develop new accounts, generating interest and closing business.
* Work independently to achieve and exceed assigned revenue targets.
* Create and execute comprehensive account strategies within assigned territory/accounts.
* Drive new account acquisition, customer satisfaction, and retention.
Requirements
* 5+ years of successful experience selling cybersecurity and networking technologies (e.g., Proxies, NGFW, SSL/IPSec, VPN, SSO, DLP, adjacent technologies).
* Strong track record selling complex enterprise software solutions into the Public Sector at C-level at either vendor or reseller.
* Consistent history of exceeding annual sales quotas.
* Based in the region, with established customer relationships.
* Proven ability to establish and maintain strong Channel Partner relationships; existing reseller connections in the territory are essential.
* Solid understanding of enterprise SaaS solutions.
