Your Role - What You'll Be Doing
As Director of Learning (SCP), you will:
* Lead, inspire, and develop the faculty teams across Sport, Creative, and Performing Subjects
* Design and deliver a vibrant, inclusive, and ambitious curriculum that challenges and engages all learners
* Coach and motivate colleagues to deliver excellence in teaching, learning, and student outcomes
* Contribute strategically to whole-school improvement, supporting leadership initiatives and driving innovation
* Maintain effective data and assessment systems to monitor progress and raise achievement
* Champion creativity, performance, and physical education as vital components of a well-rounded education
This role includes a teaching allocation of 15 hours per week, ensuring you remain deeply connected to classroom practice while leading the wider faculty to success. You will work closely with the Assistant Principal to enhance standards, broaden opportunity, and shape a curriculum that inspires every learner to achieve their personal best.
