Production Operative
Location: Inverurie, Aberdeenshire
Salary: £12.60 per hour (Real Living Wage) + Overtime Opportunities
Hours: Permanent, Full-time – 40 hours/week
(Shifts: Tuesday–Friday, 6am–4.30pm)
Mackie’s of Scotland is an iconic, family-owned brand known for producing Scotland’s favourite ice cream and chocolate – all from our beautiful, sustainable farm in Aberdeenshire. As our business continues to grow, we’re looking for Production Operatives to join our friendly and fast-paced chocolate & honeycomb team.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Working in our production and packaging facility
* Operating semi-automated production lines
* Monitoring efficiency and carrying out regular quality checks
* Packing off finished goods and maintaining high standards
* Ensuring smooth daily production with hands-on teamwork
Previous experience in food manufacturing is a bonus – but full training will be provided. A good level of physical fitness is important as the role involves manual handling and lifting.
