We’re seeking a Product Manager to lead the end‑to‑end development of a mature but rapidly evolving autonomous maritime systems product line.

💼 What You’ll Be Doing
* đź§ Own the product roadmap for a key autonomous systems product line
* 🔄 Align engineering capability, programme needs, and long‑term product direction
* 🤝 Act as the bridge between engineering teams and customer‑facing stakeholders
* 📝 Translate operational requirements into clear, prioritised product definitions
* đź§© Maintain technical and functional coherence across multiple programmes
* ⚙️ Hold ownership of product requirements, backlog, and acceptance criteria
* 🚀 Support programme delivery with product‑level decisions and trade‑offs
* 📣 Contribute to bids, proposals, and product positioning
* 📡 Communicate strategy, priorities, and rationale across diverse teams
đź§ Who You Are
* Proven experience in product management or a similar technical leadership role
* Background in software, robotics, autonomy, maritime systems, or complex engineered products
* Able to understand and challenge system architectures and technical decisions
* Comfortable in delivery‑led, programme‑driven environments
* Strong communicator who can align stakeholders and drive clarity
* Collaborative, curious, and motivated by meaningful impact
✨ Desirable Extras
* Experience in maritime, autonomous vehicles, or remote platforms
* Exposure to bids, proposals, or regulated markets (defence, government, etc.)
* Ability to balance customer needs, delivery realities, and long‑term product leverage
* Experience scaling products across multiple programmes or regions

ÂŁ85-95,000 depending on experience, plus additional benefits package
