About The Role We are looking for an experienced Clinic Manager to oversee the delivery of administrative and operational services at the BP Travel Health Centre, Sunbury, ensuring seamless support under the bp International and BECL contracts. As the escalation point for all administrative matters, you will play a vital role in managing the clinic’s operations, finances, client services, and non-clinical staff. You’ll also work closely with clinical leads and account managers to drive continuous improvement, maintain compliance, and deliver outstanding service to our clients. This is a full-time permanent role, working from our clinic in Sunbury. What You Will Do Lead and manage the administrative team across bp Travel Health Services, Global Expatriation Services, and the BECL Iraq Project. Oversee daily clinic operations, ensuring services are delivered efficiently and client satisfaction is consistently achieved. Support financial processes, including timesheets, and pricing coordination with the account manager. Support clinical leads in scheduling, diary management, and ensuring adequate cover. Implement and review administrative procedures to improve efficiency and quality of service. Act as the main point of contact for client service delivery, including handling enquiries, complaints, and feedback. Manage workforce planning, recruitment, training, development, and performance reviews for non-clinical staff. Ensure compliance with confidentiality, data protection, CQC standards and health & safety. Contribute to risk management, audits, and continuous quality improvement initiatives. Liaise with facilities teams to ensure the premises and equipment are maintained to the highest standards. About You We’re looking for a proactive and highly organised individual who thrives in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment. You’ll have: At least 3 years’ experience in a management role with proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple stakeholders. Strong people management skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and maintain a positive team culture. Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving abilities, with calmness under pressure. Proficiency in IT systems including Office 365 and MS Office. A graduate qualification, ideally with a focus on business administration. Knowledge of the energy sector and occupational health (preferred). Flexibility to travel occasionally within the UK.
