Customer Service Administrator - Permanent – Shrewsbury L & C Consulting are working with a Shrewsbury based concern to recruit for a new Customer Service Administrator to join their small, existing customer service team on a permanent basis. Based in modern offices, this role will suit a confident, professional applicant with a strong customer focus and an eye for detail. Duties will include (but not be limited to): * Take and process orders * Deal with customer queries and promote relevant offers etc * Check stock availability * Process pricing changes, discounts, billing etc * Work closely with the Accounts, Warehouse, Purchasing and other departments * Update CRM * Support the department with various ad hoc, administration duties To be considered for this excellent opportunity within a corporate style organisation, you will have worked in a similar sales support, office based, customer focused role previously. You will possess a high attention to detail, be well organised, motivated, reliable and flexible in your work.
