The company are eager for a client-focused After Sales and Service Co-ordinator to join the team. This role involves : Identifying and sourcing spare parts required for machines using product specification manuals Face of the brand providing advice with assistance from onsite engineers to potential and returning clients Maintaining inventory, pricing and lead times The Ideal candidate Experience of working within a busy office environment, ideally in a customer service role. Desirable Criteria AutoCAD, electrical drawing knowledge Knowledge of mechanical systems.
