Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, maintaining customer relationships and meeting or exceeding sales targets. You will represent our brand, promote our products/services and provide exceptional support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage existing accounts
* Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and following up on leads.
* Present, promote, and sell solutions/products/services using solid arguments to prospective and existing customers.
* Establish, develop, and maintain positive customer relationships.
* Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
* Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
* Analyse market potential, track sales, and report on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
* Stay up to date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities.
* Provide feedback to management on customer needs, problems, and interests.
Requirements
* Proven work experience in B2B software sales with a proven record of meeting or exceeding targets.
* Strong sales skills across the entire cycle: cold calling, demonstrations, qualification, proposals, negotiations, and closing
* Excellent knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.
* Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a desirable.
* Knowledge of control and automation systems will be considered a strong asset.
* Knowledge of animal feed industry will be considered a strong asset.
