Are you an experienced electrician with a strong background working in domestic properties? Approach Personnel are proud to be partnered with one of the UK's largest growing industry leading property services contractors, who are currently on the look out for an Electrician, with a background working on domestic, social housing properties, to join them on a permanent basis. As an electrician, you will be responsible for conducting a range of electrical maintenance, installation or repairs across the South East London area. What's in it for you? * A basic salary of up to £48,000 (D.O.E) * Weekly company bonus scheme * Company vehicle & fuel card * Private health care What are we looking for? * Proven experience as an Electrician within a social housing setting. * Gold card, 18th edition in Electrical Installation and City & Guilds 2391 qualification. * Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. * Excellent communication skills for client interactions. Key Responsibilities: * Undertake a range of electrical planned maintenance installation or repairs. * Ability to identify Health and Safety actions prior to and during works, considering yourself, the team and those around you. * Ability to adapt to changing client’s needs. * Ability to use appropriate access equipment.
