Overview
Service Desk Analyst at Babcock International Group – Lakeside Offices, Portsmouth, Hampshire.
Responsibilities
* Provide 1st line support for software, hardware, and network issues to customers.
* Answer calls, chats, and service requests to required standards; capture interactions in the ticketing system.
* Provide excellent customer service via reporting/contact channels.
* Escalate to 2nd/3rd line teams as appropriate to restore service promptly.
* Perform checks and monitoring on Babcock Infrastructure during the shift as directed by the Shift Senior.
* Support administration duties to assist other teams.
Requirements / Qualifications
* Customer service experience (face to face or telephone).
* Entry-level service desk or call centre experience.
* Experience with ticketing systems; familiarity with Active Directory and Microsoft applications.
* Interest or passion for IT.
Security Clearance
