The Role: Impact & Support
This role is for someone who finds deep satisfaction in supporting children with complex needs. Your daily duties will include:
* Essential Personal Care: Providing dignity and support with feeding, mobility, and personal care (including toileting and changing).
* Learning Support: Assisting the class teacher in delivering tailored, engaging lessons and activities.

Who We Are Looking For
You don't need to have a teaching background, but you must possess:
* Experience or Training in an SEN, PMLD, or a care/support worker setting.
