In this role, you will act as a central coordination point for data, reporting, and account administration. Ensuring that our Wealth Managers have accurate, timely insights to support decision-making, client engagement, and commercial growth. This position requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and confidence to collaborate with cross-functional teams including Business Development, Operations, Investment, Dealing and Compliance teams. Serve as main point of contact for all account management and financial planning administrative matters. Maintain existing accounts and assisting with the implementation of new accounts. Assist managers with training of clients and colleagues from time-to-time. Prepare bespoke investment proposals for potential and existing clients. Arrange investment order books and enter bulk trades for Credo’s model portfolios. Deal with a variety of client queries under supervision. Manage daily portfolio administration on behalf of Wealth Managers, including monitoring of credit inflows and debit cash balances, responding to corporate action notices and rebalancing of client portfolios to their agreed mandates. Prepare and review of monthly marketing documents sent out to clients. Maintain high-risk asset approval list. Assist Wealth Managers with other ad-hoc projects, including monthly and yearly compliance reporting and performance reviews. Remain current on the firm’s products, services, policies, procedures and system applications. Collate valuations, reports, and other materials for client meetings. Communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders. Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory. Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed. Such other activities that may reasonably be required.
