Our client, a Lloyds Broker, is looking for a Senior Client Handler to join their expanding Commercial department in the Essex office. The role involves managing a mix of new and existing clients' insurance requirements.
Main Duties:
1. Managing clients' needs across various Commercial risks
2. Handling new business, renewals, and mid-term adjustments
3. Obtaining quotations and addressing client queries
4. Dealing with corporate clients with large premiums
5. Collaborating with the Account Executive on renewal strategies and attending client meetings as needed
6. Obtaining renewal terms and presenting them to clients
7. Issuing renewal documentation in line with contract certainty
Essential Skills Required:
* Previous experience in a similar Commercial Insurance role
* Knowledge of Commercial corporate clients and risks
* Strong attention to detail
* Excellent customer service skills
Desirable:
* Good organizational skills
* Strong IT skills
* Achieved or studying Cert CII
