Afantastic opportunity to work for a leading Recruitment Agency as a Recruitment Manager within the Technical sector, an exceptional opportunity to manage a high performing team.
Job Role
You will be managing the Technical team. The team is a high performing team, outperforming all expected fee levels and is in a period of growth relating to headcount. You will take on people management responsibility immediately and will manage the recruitment process for some of the most high-profile clients in the local market. You will lead from the front in this desk-based management role, helping to train and mentor less experienced team members and recruiting to grow the team.

You will be a highly ambitious, successful, and experienced individual (Manager or above) seeking an opportunity to advance your career, motivating, leading, and growing a team. You will be a talented recruitment manager with proven ability in a very competitive sector. You’ll possess the determination to drive the expansion of this specialism, inspire your team, and support your colleagues’ development into successful recruitment consultants and managers.
