Email Marketing Executive – Watford
Job Summary
Full‑time, hybrid role based in Watford with flexible working options. Salary £35,340–£37,200.
Responsibilities
* Work with the Assistant Brands and Marketing Manager to develop and execute email marketing campaigns.
* Segment and segment‑mass send emails using enterprise‑level ESPs such as HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Experience Cloud, Klaviyo or Braze.
* Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to meet tight deadlines for existing customer and partner email demand.
* React quickly to under‑performance, diagnose challenges and test ideas to identify what works best.
* Maintain a proactive, solution‑orientated mindset and continually improve processes.
Qualifications
* Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role with ability to thrive under pressure.
* Proficiency in database segmentation, mass sending and ESP automation.
* Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
* Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
* Self‑motivated, flexible, positive, and pragmatic approach with good time management.
Desirable Experience
* Hands‑on experience designing, deploying and optimising email marketing journeys.
* High‑quality template design and copywriting for email campaigns.
* Strategic audience segmentation across the CRM database.
* Data‑led performance reporting with actionable insights.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data handling.
* Adobe Photoshop or similar design software.
