We specialise in the recruitment of high quality candidates in the Retail sector. We have an excellent opportunity for a Retail Assistant to work for a leading brand. The role holder will provide world class customer service to prospective customers.
Retail Assistant ’s Core Duties
* Manage and screen incoming calls, and forward them on appropriately
* Welcome and greet customers
* Show customers around
* Present the products to customers and answer questions
* Support in the organisation of customer events and launches
* Provide logistical and administrative support
* Be professional and courteous at all times
* Oversee the tidiness and cleanliness of the studio
Retail Assistant’s Skills Required
* Educated to A-level standard
* Experience working with premium brands; luxury retail or hotels - automotive experience highly desirable
* Experience in customer care or premium hospitality
* Good team working experience
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to multi-task
* Driving licence class B (desirable) and driven for up to 2 years
* Ability to work 5 days per week covering Monday to Sundays on a rotation basis
