* Meet with clients to understand their needs, and lead the production of proposals for work to address these.
* Mentor, develop and encourage less experienced colleagues in planning and delivering process engineering work, and participating within the process engineering profession.

* You have a good understanding of the underpinning fluid flow and heat transfer behaviour that drives the selection and sizing of components, and the ability to apply this to unusual fluids and operating conditions.
* You have experience of presenting designs at HAZOPs and design reviews, and have a good understanding of the Functional Safety Lifecycle, and how HAZOP and LOPA contribute to this.
* You have some experience of working with stakeholders to plan work and agree budgets, and some experience of managing packages of work to time, quality and cost.
