Job Description Summary
The role will support our social media strategy, focusing 50% on leveraging platforms like LinkedIn and digital tools to optimize brand presence, generate leads, and facilitate business growth. The remaining 50% will support social media projects managed by the Marketing Leads for Service Lines and Sectors.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, the role will reinforce social media strategies, localize global and regional campaigns, ensure alignment with regional objectives, and create on-brand presentations and reports.
The objective is to assist with content distribution and analysis across EMEA, ensuring maximum adoption. Additionally, the role involves documenting digital marketing processes, best practices, and insights to improve team performance and develop capabilities shared across marketing and research teams.
This position is suitable for someone looking to start their social media career, ideally with internship or junior-level experience.
Responsibilities
* Best Practice Implementation: Support the adoption of global digital marketing best practices, processes, and tools.
* Analytics Support: Monitor and analyze social media metrics and sales data, support trend identification, and assist in campaign performance reporting.
* Presentational Support: Develop and support presentations on campaign results, best practices, and training materials; support logistics for training sessions.
* Campaign Support: Assist in executing regional campaigns, including content dissemination, engagement, and repurposing external documents into social content.
* Social Advocacy: Support client-facing employees with content suggestions to enhance their LinkedIn presence.
* Events Support: Assist with digital content for international events, including social media posting, analytics, and social listening.
* Localisation Support: Help adapt global campaigns for the EMEA market, including translation and coordination.
* Message Implementation: Ensure consistent messaging aligned with sales and marketing strategies.
* Platform Management: Support the management of core social media accounts, ensuring compliance with policies.
* Team Collaboration: Work with regional teams to support ongoing initiatives, sharing updates and best practices.
