£110K+ OTE plus Monday to Friday (predominantly)
The Opportunity
This is a unique opportunity to spearhead the strategic growth of a multi-brand dealership, overseeing both new and used car operations. As the Head of Business, you will play a key leadership role in driving performance, enhancing customer experience, and fostering a high-performing team culture.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage a divisional site representing 2-3 very modern automotive brands and a Prestige AfterSales Centre.
* Drive overall business strategy to achieve sales, profitability, and market share goals.
* Champion customer excellence and ensure an exceptional experience across all touchpoints.
* Inspire, develop, and empower a team of passionate automotive professionals.
* Act as a brand ambassador and establish strong relationships within the local community.
* Maintain full ownership of the site's P&L and ensure commercial effectiveness within a big company environment.

Remuneration & Benefits
Basic Salary: Up to £85,000
On-Target Earnings (OTE): £110,000+ (including performance-related bonus)
