We are on a mission to raise the standard of education provided to young people with SEND (Special Education Needs and Disabilities), as well as other needs such as SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health). We are a child-centred company committed to reimagining the world of support for vulnerable young people for the better, supporting pupils and students ranging from KS1 to KS5 (as appropriate for your skills).
Responsibilities
* CPD and employee mentoring: TES CPD suite and professional mentor access
* SEND Support Team: Support to keep a team around you and the child
* Community and Company Events: Knowledge sharing and resources
* Referral Programme: Get rewarded for successful tutor referrals
* Plan and report for lessons and provide regular feedback on student progress
Role and duties
A Role with Purpose: Join a child-centred company committed to reimagining the world of support for vulnerable young people for the better, supporting pupils and students, ranging from KS1 - KS5 (as appropriate for your skills), referred by local authorities and schools by planning and delivering flexible, trauma-informed tutoring and mentoring.
Experience and Subject Focus
We are working with Schools and Local Authorities in your area and are looking for Core Subject (Maths, English, or Science) SEND Tutors and Teachers like you to transform the lives of Young People with SEND and SEMH needs in your community. Experience: 2+ years teaching experience, ideally working with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, and/or PMLD in a holistic and trauma-informed way.

* Familiarity teaching English, Maths, and/or Science
Qualifications
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS)
Compliance
* Enhanced DBS (we can facilitate this if needed) and 2+ professional references
Location
You must be based in the UK with the right to work in the UK, even for remote/online jobs
Safeguarding
Knowledge of safeguarding and creating a safe learning environment
