Reception Teacher - CF11, Cardiff

Teaching Personnel are currently working with a welcoming and well-established primary school in the CF11 area of Cardiff who are seeking an enthusiastic and nurturing Reception Teacher to join their Early Years team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a creative and dedicated practitioner who understands the importance of the Early Years Foundation Phase and is passionate about giving children the very best start to their education.
Responsibilities
* Full responsibility for a Reception class
* Planning and delivering engaging, play-based learning experiences
* Supporting children’s social, emotional and academic development
* Creating a warm, structured and stimulating classroom environment
* Working closely with teaching assistants and parents
* Monitoring progress and adapting provision to meet individual needs
Qualifications
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Experience within Reception or Early Years
* Strong understanding of the Foundation Phase curriculum
* Confident in delivering phonics and early numeracy
* Patient, creative and highly organised
* Committed to safeguarding and inclusive practice
