How you create impact
* Serve as the primary operational contact for assigned key accounts.
* Lead regularQuarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with customers.
* Design and implement customer-specific logistics solutions.
* Ensure compliance with international trade regulations.
* Monitor and improve performance against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
* Maintain and optimizeStandard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
* Support RFQs and quotations with data insights.
* Facilitate EDI implementation and maintain KN systems setup.
Profile description:
