ServiceNow Product Owner

Location: Watford | Full Time | Permanent | c. £75,000

A high-profile, forward-thinking organisation is undergoing a once-in-a-lifetime transformation, including the overhaul of its IT service management platform. As part of this journey, we’re looking for an experienced ServiceNow Administrator to help lead the transition and support the ongoing development of ServiceNow across the business.



About the Role

This is a key role in delivering efficient, reliable, and secure IT services. You’ll lead the implementation and evolution of ServiceNow, working across teams to design scalable solutions, manage integrations, and enhance service delivery processes.



What You'll Do

* Lead the configuration and rollout of ServiceNow across the organisation.
* Partner with internal stakeholders and external consultants to design and implement solutions.
* Support and improve ITSM processes, including incident, change, and configuration management.
* Identify automation opportunities and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
* Maintain comprehensive documentation, reporting, and technical roadmaps.
* Liaise with external vendors and service providers.



What You’ll Bring

* Strong experience in ITSM and operational support models.
* Proven background as a ServiceNow Administrator, Developer, or Architect.
* In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow modules, workflows, forms, and integrations.
* Ideally certified as a ServiceNow CSA and/or CIS.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
* A proactive mindset and up-to-date knowledge of ServiceNow trends and best practices.
