Court Usher - Birmingham
Monday to Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm (some flexibility required)
£12.21 per hour
Temporary assignment with potential to extend - currently on the system until December 2025
Fully onsite - free parking
Are you highly organised, detail-focused, and a confident communicator? We're recruiting a Court Usher to support a busy Public Sector department in the heart of Birmingham - B4 6QA.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Setting up the court rooms (water, pads, pens etc)
2. Ensuring correct schedule for the court rooms
3. Collating court files and papers
4. Giving directions to court rooms
5. Ensuring courts are running smoothly
6. Recording outcomes
7. Data entry
8. Face to face communication with court users and senior stakeholders
What We're Looking For:
9. Strong verbal communication skills
10. Confident communicator
11. Proficiency with Microsoft Office
12. A flexible and reliable approach to work
Important: This role requires an Enhanced DBS check and three years of references.
