We're now looking for a Warehouse First Line Manager to lead and manage day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and compliance while driving team performance and delivering outstanding service to our customers.
A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE
Supervise and coordinate warehouse activities to meet operational targets
Lead, motivate, and develop a team of warehouse operatives to achieve high performance
Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and company policies
Monitor productivity and quality, implementing improvements where necessary
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely deliveries

Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment, ideally in a supervisory role
Strong leadership and people management skills
Knowledge of health and safety regulations and warehouse best practices
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
