The Role:
* Manage and nurture a high-performing team with a clear vision and a positive attitude
* Enhance customer experience, engagement, and conversion across desktop and mobile platforms
* Implement the ecommerce strategy aligned with evolving customer behaviors
* Collaborate with performance marketing colleagues to support acquisition through an optimal customer journey
* Oversee website content structure and functionality, including UX, content, SEO, and conversion
* Manage relationships with third-party technology suppliers
* Integrate personalization and recognition features to improve relevance and user outcomes
* Utilize data to inform decisions on customer behavior, conversion funnels, and web performance
* Identify opportunities for innovation, automation, and new technologies to streamline sales and improve customer satisfaction
