We’re looking for a Contracts Manager to join a specialist aluminium window systems manufacturer and installer based in Leeds. This is a key role overseeing projects from start to finish, ensuring delivery on programme, quality and budget.
What you’ll be doing:
* Managing multiple projects from manufacture to final sign-off and invoicing
* Leading site teams, subcontractors and suppliers for smooth delivery
* Acting as the main point of contact for clients and design teams
* Monitoring programmes, budgets and quality throughout the project lifecycle
* Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards
* Preparing progress reports and attending project meetings
What we’re looking for:
* Proven experience as a Contracts Manager in the building envelope sector
* Strong knowledge of aluminium window or glazing systems
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* Ability to run multiple projects at once
* Commercially focused with a drive for high-quality results
