Primary Teacher – Sunderland – September 2026 Start
Teaching Personnel are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Primary Teacher to join a welcoming mainstream primary school in Sunderland for the 2026/2027 academic year.
This is a full-time, long-term role starting in September 2026, offering an excellent opportunity to work within a supportive school environment with the potential for ongoing opportunities.
The Role:
* Full class teaching responsibility within a mainstream primary setting
* Teaching a class of 25 pupils
* Supported by an experienced Teaching Assistant within the classroom
* Planning and delivering engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum
* Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment
* Monitoring pupil progress and supporting individual learning needs
The Ideal Candidate:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential
* Strong classroom management skills
* Passionate about delivering high-quality teaching and learning
* Ability to build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
* Experience within a primary school setting preferred
