Sales Support Executive

About the Role
As a Sales Support Advisor, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting the Sales Team across the UK and Ireland. You'll be responsible for identifying and nurturing new leads, securing face-to-face client meetings, and driving attendance to live and virtual events.
Responsibilities:
1. Prospecting and engaging new potential clients via email, and research tools like LinkedIn and Cognism.
2. Booking 8-10 high-quality sales meetings per week in collaboration with senior Client Partners.
3. Driving attendance to marketing events and webinars through tailored outreach.
4. Managing CRM records, client follow-ups, and reporting.
5. Supporting live events with pre/post-event communication and logistics.
6. Partnering internally to enhance the overall client experience.
7. Participating in ongoing training to gain deep knowledge of the organisation's solutions.
Experience required:
* 2+ years of experience in sales support, lead generation, or similar roles.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite.
* Excellent organisational and administrative abilities, with attention to detail.
* Self-motivated, accountable, and eager to hit goals.
* Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce or similar), and confident using data tools.
