Role and Responsibilities:
The core purpose of this role is to actively work with the warehouse site and our locations to ensure no disruption to the day to day running of ours stores by accurately and efficiently raising replenishment orders in a timely manner. You will work closely with commercial colleagues to resolve any challenges for smooth order fulfilment. You will ensure that orders are packed and consolidated for dispatch using NAAFi’s appointed distributor. You will be responsible for updating and management of inventory on all NAAFI’s Online products
* Support the Warehouse Manager in day to day activities and future planning activities
* Liaise with suppliers to arrange deliveries for both incoming and outgoing movements
* Manage and resolve any issues or discrepancies promptly and effectively.
* Responsible for updating inventory stock levels with the ability to provide weekly reports on movement of stock.
* Conducting stock takes
* Support the warehouse supervisor transferring orders
* Responsible for management of all orders processed and updating of order dispatch / delivery status to customer through the online order platforms
* Responsible for returns management processing, including quality checks, return to inventory and disposal management
* To undertake any reasonable request within the scope and grade of the role and to carry out other duties as reasonably requested by NAAFI for the needs of the business to enable delivery of service, including taking part in activities in the wider operational part of the business as and when required.
Requirements of the role:
* Strong working knowledge of MS office
* Good level of administrative skills prioritising high volumes and can work under pressure
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Pro-active and confident liaising with both colleagues internally and externally
* Previous relevant experience working in either order processing, inventory management or sales admin
* To be passionate about customer service and maintaining excellent standards
* Ability to follow schedules and time management
