About Our Client

Job Description
3. Oversee and optimise manufacturing processes to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements.
5. Perform full digital simulation and collision verification of all multi-axis machining processes using Vericut
6. Identify and resolve production issues to minimise downtime and maximise productivity.
7. Support NPD and NPI
8. Develop complete machining strategies for complex mill-turn components, including operation sequencing, datum strategy, tooling selection and work holding approach.
9. Create and optimise multi-axis CNC programs using CAM software
10. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the production environment.
11. Conduct regular analysis to identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
12. Provide technical support and training to production teams.
Working hoursWeek 1 - Monday-Thursday: 06:00-14:00 Friday: 06:00-11:30Week 2 - Monday-Thursday: 14:00-21:00 Friday: 11:30-17:00
The Successful Applicant
A successful Manufacturing Engineer should have:
13. Apprenticeship or degree qualification in engineering or a related field.
14. Proven experience in a CNC machining environment.
15. Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and techniques.
16. Ability to analyse complex problems and implement effective solutions.
17. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
18. Familiarity with health and safety regulations in manufacturing.
19. Proficiency in relevant software and tools for process improvement.
